About the Practitioner

Dr Hanife Mehmet completed a double Bachelor degree in Health Science/Applied Science (Chinese Medicine), a Bachelor degree in Biomedical Science and a PhD in Health Sciences at RMIT University.

 

She is registered with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Federation of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Societies of Australia (FCMA).

Hanife is passionate about complementary medicine and strives to provide her patients with treatments suited for their personal condition and body. She believes that it is important to continuously seek knowledge in both complementary medicine and medicine (medical science) as they complement each other. Hanife combines complementary treatment with advanced knowledge in research to improve the effectiveness of treatment outcomes.
